These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the Srishti Fashion website to browse designs and request custom machine embroidery. By using the website or placing a request, you agree to them.
Our service
We make custom machine embroidery to order, such as neck, sleeve, border and full-outfit designs on kurtis and other ethnic wear. This website lets you browse designs, choose fabric, see an estimated price and send us an order request. You do not pay online through this website.
Estimated and final price
The price shown on the website is an estimate. After you send a request, our designer reviews your fabric, designs and requirements and confirms the final price. The final price can differ from the estimate.
We start work only after the price is confirmed.
Placing an order
Sending a request is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when we confirm it to you. We may decline or cancel a request, for example if a reference image is unclear or a design cannot be stitched on your fabric.
Payment
How you pay, any advance amount and the due date are agreed with you directly when we confirm your price.
Your own fabric
If you send your own fabric, you are responsible for its suitability for machine embroidery. We are not responsible for shrinkage, colour bleeding, weak or damaged fabric, or any fault that was already in it.
Custom work
Every order is made specially for you. Thread colours and the finished look can differ slightly from what you see on screen.
Because the work is custom, an order cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, except for a defect as described below.
Delivery and timelines
Dates we give are estimates. Delays caused by things outside our control, such as courier delays, are not our responsibility.
Defects and complaints
If your order has a defect caused by our work, tell us within 7 days of receiving it and send clear photos. We will fix or redo the work at our discretion.
Designs and images
The designs, photos and content on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell or reproduce them without our written permission.
If you upload a reference image, you confirm that you have the right to use it. We may refuse an order that would infringe someone else's rights.
Using the website
Please give correct information and do not misuse the website, attempt to break into it or interfere with it.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
